Anchor Co AI
Built for independent hotels and motels

The front desk can't be everywhere. Your chat and phone line can still answer.

Guests ask the same questions before they book and after they arrive: check-in time, parking, pets, breakfast. Our AI answers from your own website at any hour, and our AI receptionist answers the calls the desk misses and emails you the details.

Small properties run lean. When the desk is covering a check-in, a housekeeping question and a ringing phone, the traveler who just wanted to ask about parking calls the next property.

What does an AI chatbot cost for independent hotels and motels?

Anchor Co AI trains a chatbot on your own website so it answers check-in and check-out times, your pet, parking and breakfast policies, directions and nearby attractions you list, how to ask about group bookings at any hour. It is free to start ($0, 20 messages a month), paid chatbot plans start at $29 a month, and the Front Office bundle (website, AI chat and an AI phone receptionist that answers calls when the front desk is busy or closed and emails you the caller's name, number and what they asked about) is $249 a month plus a one-time $297 setup, month to month.

Prices, plainly

  • Free: $0, 1 bot, 20 messages a month.

  • Growth: $49 a month, 5 bots, 5,000 messages a month.

Why small properties lose bookings they never saw

A traveler with a question does not wait for the desk.

Questions arrive after the desk closes

Travelers plan late. A question about late check-in, parking for a truck or a room for a family of five gets typed or called in when nobody is on shift.

The desk is busy with the guest in front of it

A clerk helping someone check in cannot also take a booking call. The caller hears a long ring, hangs up and tries the next listing.

The same five questions every day

Pets, parking, breakfast, check-in time, nearby restaurants. Your website probably answers all of them somewhere, but few visitors dig through the pages to find out.

Group and event inquiries need a callback

A wedding party, a work crew or a tournament team asks about a block of rooms. Those inquiries are worth the most and need a person, but the message still has to reach you first.

How it works

Three steps. Fully automatic.

1

A guest question or call arrives

A visitor opens the chat on your site at night, or a call comes in while the desk is busy.

2

The AI answers from your site

It says it is an AI, answers from the pages you have published (policies, amenities, directions), and takes a name and number for anything it cannot answer.

3

You get the message by email

The summary lands in your inbox so the manager can call back about rooms, dates or group requests.

If we don't deliver what the terms describe, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we fix it, or refund the affected charge if we can't. Read the refund policy and plan terms before you buy.

Questions independent hotels and motels ask us.

Can it check availability or take a reservation?

No. It does not connect to your booking or property management system. It answers general questions from your website and takes a name, number and request, and your team confirms availability.

Can it handle guest problems during a stay?

It is meant for pre-arrival questions and missed calls. For anything urgent on site, such as a safety issue, guests should go to the desk or call 911 in an emergency.

Will it quote room rates?

Only what you publish. If your site lists starting rates or policies, it repeats them. For anything else it says it is unsure and takes a message.

What does it cost and what's included?

One plan, Front Office: $297 one-time setup, then $99/month for the website, $179 with the AI chat, or $249 with the AI receptionist too (300 answered minutes a month, no overage fees). Month-to-month, cancel any time.

Is there a contract?

No contract. Month-to-month, cancel any time. There are no partial-month refunds.

This is the bot answering a real contractor's questions.

No slideshow, no actor. A screen recording of our own assistant handling the two questions every owner asks: what happens to the 9pm call I miss, and will it invent things about my business.

Real answers from our live demo bot — unscripted, recorded on this site.

Visitor: I run an HVAC company. A customer calls at 9pm and I can't pick up — what happens?

Anchor Co AI: Right now? They hit voicemail and you've lost them to whoever picks up first. With our chatbot, they hit your website at 9pm, ask “Do you do emergency service?” or “Are you licensed in my county?” — and get an instant answer. The bot captures their name, number, and address. You wake up to a lead instead of a missed call. That's the whole thing: your customers get answers 24/7, you only deal with the calls that actually need you, and you're not losing jobs to competitors who answer faster. Since you're in HVAC, the bot can handle all the common questions — licensing by county, service area, whether you do emergency calls, minimum job size, how long estimates take. You train it on your website in about 10 minutes, and it goes live in an afternoon. Want to try it? You can start free at anchorcoai.com/signup — no credit card required. Test it on your actual website for 14 days and see if it captures leads you would've missed.

Visitor: Will it make stuff up about my business?

Anchor Co AI: No. The bot only answers from what you've given it — your website content, your FAQs, pricing, service areas, whatever you add. If a question falls outside that (something the bot doesn't know), it's honest about it. Instead of guessing, it says “I don't have that info” and asks for their name and contact details so you can follow up personally. It won't make up licensing claims, pricing, or service details. That's the safeguard. Your bot is only as smart as the information you feed it — which means you stay in control of what it says about your business. Honestly the easiest way to see if it works for your business is to just try it. Free plan, no card. anchorcoai.com/signup
