Find your bot token.

Each bot you create has a unique token. The embed snippet uses this token to load the right chatbot on your site.

Log into your dashboard

Go to anchorcoai.com/dashboard and open the bot you want to install.

Click "Install" on your bot

Each bot has an Install panel. It shows your personal embed snippet with your token already filled in — no need to copy anything manually.

Copy your embed snippet

Click "Copy snippet" and you'll have the one-line code ready to paste. It looks like the example below.

Replace YOUR_BOT_TOKEN with the token shown in your dashboard install panel. Your actual snippet is already filled in — log in and copy it directly.

Add it to your website.

Pick the method that matches your platform. All of them are available directly from the install panel in your dashboard.

Shopify
Fastest — 3 minutes
  1. 1In your Shopify admin go to Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps.
  2. 2Click "Allow custom app development" (one-time), then "Create an app". Name it "Anchor Co AI".
  3. 3Open the Configuration tab → Admin API access scopes → check write_script_tags and read_script_tags.
  4. 4Click Save → then Install app.
  5. 5Reveal and copy the Admin API access token (starts with shpat_).
  6. 6In your Anchor Co AI dashboard, open your bot → Install panel → Magic Install → paste the token. Done.

We install the snippet on every storefront page automatically. Your token is used once and never stored.

WordPress
One copy-paste
  1. 1Install the free "WPCode" plugin from the WordPress plugin directory.
  2. 2In WPCode, click "Add New Snippet" → select "HTML Snippet".
  3. 3Paste the embed snippet from your dashboard into the code field.
  4. 4Set Location to "Footer" and enable the snippet. Save.
  5. 5The widget appears on every page within a few seconds.

Alternatively, paste the snippet before </body> in your theme's footer.php file.

Webflow
One copy-paste
  1. 1Open your Webflow project and go to Project Settings → Custom Code.
  2. 2Paste the embed snippet into the Footer Code field.
  3. 3Click Save and publish your site.
Squarespace
One copy-paste
  1. 1Go to Settings → Advanced → Code Injection.
  2. 2Paste the embed snippet into the Footer field.
  3. 3Click Save.
Wix
One copy-paste
  1. 1In your Wix dashboard go to Settings → Custom Code.
  2. 2Click "Add Custom Code".
  3. 3Paste the snippet, set it to load on "All Pages" at "Body — End."
  4. 4Click Apply.
No website
Zero install needed
  1. 1In your dashboard, open your bot → Install panel → Hosted page + QR.
  2. 2Copy the public URL and paste it into your Instagram bio, Google Business profile, or any link.
  3. 3Download the QR code and print it on signage, business cards, or event materials.
